This cake topper was made using Premium non-shed glitter cardstock and a high quality white cardstock backing.

Shipping times in the USA
There are 3 shipping options:
- USPS First Class estimates delivery in 4-7 days after ship date
- Priority mail estimates delivery in 2-3 days after ship date
- Priority Mail express guaranteed* delivery in 1-2 days after ship date
- *This guarantee is by the USPS*
There are 3 shipping options:
- USPS First Class- delivery can take up to 3 weeks after ship date
- Priority mail estimates delivery in 6-10 days after ship date
- Priority Mail express delivery in 3-5 days after ship date
*International shipping details- Standard shipping is usually 7- 14 Business days depending on your location. However, there can sometimes be a delay in customs. Please make sure you place your order at least 3 WEEKS before the event. We can only guarantee a ship date, we cannot be responsible for packages not being delivered on time due to delays in customs.
** Customer is responsible for all taxes, duty fees, or any other fees associated with shipping in your region.—> If a package is returned to us because it was “refused” (meaning you did not pick up the package or pay the taxes, etc.) No refund will be given.
Other shipping details:
- **Please make sure your address is correct!** No refunds are given for orders shipped to a buyers old address. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee to new address if items are returned to us.
- Please email us if you have any concerns your order will not arrive on time. All of our items are custom made so there are no refunds if they did not arrive on time. We have many options to get your order to you faster! Orders can be rushed & we offer faster shipping. Please contact us if your event is close, we are here to help!
- Most packages are too large to fit inside your mailbox. Packages are usually left near the front door. Be sure to track your package at www.USPS.com for any updates on your delivery.

- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase & only if they have not already been made.

- Since all items are made to order & there are so many custom options for you to choose from. We do not allow returns or exchanges.
- Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully. Be sure you select the correct options for age and color.

- Please contact us if you are unhappy with any part of your purchase. We, of course, want our customers to be completely satisfied and will be happy to work on a resolution.
- No refund will be given for:
- Orders that do not arrive on time
- Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address
- Custom orders (names, special colors, etc)
- Items sent "return to sender" when we have not discussed a return
- Items that have been used
- Orders that were received days/weeks before you contacted us with an issue (see below)

- Please do not wait days or weeks to contact us about the refund. You must contact us right away to discuss refunds. After 2 days of delivery, No refund will be given. There are no exceptions to this rule. In our experience after 2 days, the items are often already used for an event and does not qualify for returns/exchanges.
Other Refund Details:
- It is the buyers responsibility to read the item description & shop policies. It is unlikely a refund or exchange will be given simply because the buyer did not read the description of an item. Each item in my shop contains a very thorough description (sizes, colors, number of pieces, etc.). Please read before you purchase.
- We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed packages. No refunds will be given for packages that have been lost, stolen, or delayed. Please contact your local post office for details on lost, or delayed packages. Unfortunately, we have no other details besides what is available on your tracking number online. USPS should be able to provide you with more information.
- No refunds will be given for orders not delivered on time. Please plan to order early or purchase a rush option to ensure your order arrives on time. Message us if you have any concerns about your order not arriving on time. We are here to help! I cannot be held responsible for orders which arrive after your event due to a last-minute order or inadequate shipping.
