  • Our current processing time is 3 business days (this does not include shipping time)

Determining Your Ship date:
  • To determine your shipping date, add 3 business days to the date you placed your order. That is your ship date-- Not delivery date.
  • Please keep in mind the processing time is in *business days*- this includes Monday to Friday only and also excludes Holidays.
  • Shipping time is then after this- please see estimated shipping times below.
My event is before this, can I receive my order earlier?
  • If your event date is before this, please contact us before you order.
  • We can help to coordinate a faster processing time & also can help to make sure the correct shipping option is selected at checkout.

Shipping times in the USA
There are 3 shipping options: 
  • USPS First Class estimates delivery in 4-7 days after ship date
  • Priority mail estimates delivery in 2-3 days after ship date
  • Priority Mail express guaranteed* delivery in 1-2 days after ship date
    • *This guarantee is by the USPS* 
*Please note: upgrading your shipping at checkout has no effect on the 3 business day processing time. Orders will be shipped 3 business days after purchase, transit time is in addition to this. 

International Shipping:
There are 3 shipping options: 
  • USPS First Class- delivery can take up to 3 weeks after ship date
  • Priority mail estimates delivery in 6-10 days after ship date
  •  Priority Mail express delivery in 3-5 days after ship date

*International shipping details- Standard shipping is usually 7- 14 Business days depending on your location. However, there can sometimes be a delay in customs. Please make sure you place your order at least 3 WEEKS before the event. We can only guarantee a ship date, we cannot be responsible for packages not being delivered on time due to delays in customs.

** Customer is responsible for all taxes, duty fees, or any other fees associated with shipping in your region.—> If a package is returned to us because it was “refused” (meaning you did not pick up the package or pay the taxes, etc.) No refund will be given. 

Other shipping details:
  • **Please make sure your address is correct!** No refunds are given for orders shipped to a buyers old address. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee to new address if items are returned to us.
  • Please email us if you have any concerns your order will not arrive on time. All of our items are custom made so there are no refunds if they did not arrive on time. We have many options to get your order to you faster! Orders can be rushed & we offer faster shipping. Please contact us if your event is close, we are here to help!
  • Most packages are too large to fit inside your mailbox. Packages are usually left near the front door. Be sure to track your package at www.USPS.com for any updates on your delivery.
