Shipping Details

Processing Time:
  • Our current processing time is 5-7 business days (this does NOT include shipping time)
  • Please contact us before you order if you have any concerns about your order not arriving in time.
Determining Your Ship date:
  • To determine your shipping date, add 7 business days to the date you placed your order. That is your ship date-- NOT delivery date.
  • For example, Orders placed on Friday, December 1st will be set to ship on Tuesday, December 12th. Standard shipping time (First Class Mail) in the USA is then addition 4-7 days after that. Making the estimated delivery date December 19th
  • Please keep in mind the processing time is in *business days*- this includes Monday to Friday only and also excludes Holidays.
My order is before this, can I receive it earlier?
  • If your event date is before this, please contact us before you order. 
  • We can help to coordinate a faster processing time & also can help to make sure you select the correct shipping option at checkout.

Shipping times in the USA
There are 3 shipping options: 
  • USPS First Class estimates delivery in 4-7 days after ship date
  • Priority mail estimates delivery in 2-3 days after ship date
  • Priority Mail express guaranteed* delivery in 1-2 days after ship date
    • *This guarantee is by the USPS* 
** Please note: upgrading your shipping at checkout has NO effect on the 5-7 business day processing time. Orders will be shipped 7 business days after purchase, transit time is in addition to this. **

International Shipping:
There are 3 shipping options: 
  • USPS First Class- delivery can take up to 3 weeks after ship date
  • Priority mail estimates delivery in 6-10 days after ship date
  •  Priority Mail express delivery in 3-5 days after ship date

***Standard shipping is usually 7- 14 Business days depending on your location. However, there can sometimes be a delay in customs. Please make sure you place your order at least 5 WEEKS before the event. We can only guarantee a ship date, we cannot be responsible for packages not being delivered on time due to delays in customs.

** Customer is responsible for all taxes, duty fees, or any other fees associated with shipping in your region.—> If a package is returned to us because it was “refused” (meaning you did not pick up the package or pay the taxes, etc.) NO REFUND will be given. 

Other shipping details:
  • **Please make sure your address is correct!** No refunds are given for orders shipped to a buyers old address. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee to new address if items are returned to me.
  • Please message me if you have any concerns your order will not arrive on time. No orders will be refunded, once shipped just because they did not arrive on time. We have many options to get your order to you faster! Orders can be rushed but you need to contact us if your event is close.
  • Most packages are too large to fit inside your mailbox. Packages are usually left near the front door. Be sure to track your package at for any updates on your delivery.

Certain times of the year rush options are NOT available: Months March- June (Graduation Season) and Month of December (for New Year’s Eve events). Processing times can be pushed up to 3 WEEKS+shipping time. So please plan to order early!
